Maduro Guerra emphasized that the country has healed because peace, institutional order, and power in the hands of the people have been maintained. “Nicolás Maduro Moros highlights that the peace of the Republic and the country’s institutions are being maintained, with Acting President Delcy Rodríguez at the helm,” he indicated, urging everyone to maintain unity around the Acting President.

The deputy contextualized the current situation as a historical conflict requiring historical resistance, recalling the project founded by Simón Bolívar and the figure of Commander Hugo Chávez. He also referenced the progress made under the 1999 Constitution, the social missions, and the distribution of oil wealth.

“The people of Venezuela are a people of peace, with a vocation for peace. This people is not anti-American; we have a profound anti-imperialist consciousness,” he affirmed.

In this context, he invited the people of the United States to constructive dialogue and requested respect for the political model that Venezuela wishes to build.

“Today more than ever, we must guarantee unity for the peace of the country,” emphasized Maduro Guerra, who reaffirmed his full support for Delcy Rodríguez and called for preserving cohesion between the people and the Venezuelan Armed Forces. He affirmed that the people remain steadfast one month after the desecration of national territory.
